CPLB EVENT, May 12 2021: The Ethical Imperative: Global Vaccine Equity

On May 12, 2021, from 12 pm to 1:30 pm EST, CPLB will host The Ethical Imperative: Global Vaccine Equity, an event to discuss an open letter calling for the World Health Organization to put global vaccine equity initiatives to a vote this May. The letter is led by veterans of the fight against the 2014 Ebola outbreak. 

Speakers include Mosoka Fallah, a leader of the Ebola response in Liberia; Ezekiel Emanuel, member of President Biden's transition COVID-19 Advisory Board; Vardit Ravitsky, President of the International Association of Bioethics; and Gita Sen, Director of the Ramalingaswami Centre on Equity & Social Determinants of Health at the Public Health Foundation of India. CPLB’s Monica Magalhaes will moderate.
