CPLB Fully Joins IFH

In an agreement signed in July 2023 by Dr. Brian L. Strom, Chancellor of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS), Dr. Tobias Gerhard, Director of Rutgers Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research (IFH), and Dr. Nir Eyal, Director of Rutgers Center for Population-Level Bioethics (CPLB), CPLB has fully joined IFH, increasing center membership status at the Institute.

Since the center’s inception, CPLB was located at IFH thematically and geographically. Now CPLB will become a “hybrid reporting center”, accountable both to IFH and directly to RBHS Chancellor Strom. This fuller membership of IFH reflects CPLB’s excitement about IFH’s work and direction under its new leadership and IFH’s excitement about CPLB’s research mission, as well as a CPLB’s longstanding fruitful relationship with fellow IFH centers and their business and IT offices.
