Bridget Williams
Post-Doctoral Associate (2021-22)

Dr. Bridget Williams is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Center for Population-Level Bioethics (CPLB). Bridget received her medical degree from Monash University in Australia, and completed specialty training in public health medicine through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. As well as holding a Master of Public Health from the University of Sydney, Bridget has completed a Master of Studies in Practical Ethics from the University of Oxford.

At CPLB, she will be working on the ethics of pandemic preparedness measures, including how the value of pandemic preparedness and prevention activities ought to be compared against other priority actions for global public health. She has published papers in the Journal of Medical Ethics and Public Health Ethics on public health responses in a pandemic.
