Postdoctoral Associate (2019-20)

Dr. Robert Steel received his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. He spent the next three years as a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health. He was a postdoctoral associate at the Center for Population-Level Bioethics and currently employed as assistant professor at the Philosophy Department at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. His work focuses on research ethics, particularly on the ethical regulation of risk in biomedical research.
